How to Return an Item

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, labels, and packaging.

Sending the Item Back

  • Return shipping costs will either be covered by us or fully reimbursed upon approval.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • We’ll notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been completed.

Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
